More

I am still getting used to this blog. Sorry for the break in flow.

Oh, let me tell you about the napkin situation here. They are 1/3 the size of what we are used to so I end up with this little pile of paper after my meals. Vegetables are not the norm but sticky rice and protein sure are. They love sausages, I have not tried these as yet... We often go out in the evening for a walk as that is when all the vendors come out, what a trip that is. Mary is teaching be to get better at bartering, it's fun but a bit unnerving at the same time. I bought some fisherman's pants, not the most figure flattering but cool. Also, a lovely t-shirt with a Buddha head on it.

    Hi Camellia,

    Ok, so I'm a little slow getting on to your blog, but now I will check it regularly! What a great way to keep in touch with everyone and let us feel like we are with you on your trip(which you know I wish I was!).

    The heat sounds intense. I remember when we were there in Novemeber a few years back and I could barely handle it then...and it was cooler! At least water is cheap!! Hopefully, you'll make it back to the beach soon so you can cool off in the ocean.

    I hope the thai masage training is fantastic- I look forward to tyring it out when you're back (we never had a pure thai massage when we were there).

    Have fun, stay cool and keep writing and most importantly, remember that your "people" are all thinking about you and will be here when you get back!
